| Blue City Deliveries
We will be using the South African Post Office to deliver your purchased items.
Once your order is placed, we will advise the delivery cost on your invoice for payment.
Courier services are available at your request, arrangement and expense.
Blue City Payments
After sending your invoice, you can make payment by EFT or direct deposit. Cheque payments will be despatched as soon as the cheque is cleared by the bank.
Blue City Returns
If you decide that you no longer want a product you purchased, you must advise us within 7 (seven) days in writing that you want to return the goods. The date stamp on your return parcel, must also reflect that it was posted within these same seven days. Understandably, we need to recover our packaging and mailing expence and will therefore refund you your monies, less R75.00 or 10% of the value of your returns (whichever has the highest value).
If we recieve the goods damaged or with damaged packaging, you will only be refunded when, if, the insurance claim is settled.
Goods damaged in transit, must be claimed against the transporters insurance.
Faulty goods, must please be reported immediately, seven days cut-off, so that we can address the problem and ensure that you have a legitimate claim with the supplier and that your requirements can be met.
